Cancellation & Return Policy

Cancellation Policy:

To ensure timely delivery to the customer, our orders are generally printed / customized / produced the same day. There is a possibility to cancel and refund customer’s amount but only till the time customer’s order is not processed. Please get in touch with our customer support team to cancel your order.

The refund amount will be credited to the same account from where it was received and will take 7-10 days.

However, the cancellation of orders shall be done only if subjected to below terms and conditions:

  • It is possible to cancel the orders within one hour of booking the same order. Customer is requested to immediately email us at salesonline@mailap.com with the Subject: “Cancellation Request” and the
    email should contain “Order ID” and “Reason of Cancellation”.
  • Non receipt of Payment- In case the payment for the order is not made, Order shall automatically get cancelled. An email notification will be sent to the customer when we cancel the order.

Return Policy:

The Safe Connect strives to offer the best possible experience while one makes purchases from us online.

There is no option to return orders as the goods are always customized as per the specific needs of the customer, however, if for any reason, customer is not satisfied with purchases from us, complete assistance would be offered by us regarding the same.
